so my sis went back to hainan in the morning.shld hav reach ard.i just hope she will buy somthing back for me.
anw today trg was not bad.coach ask us to do some warm up and we were laughing all the way.yating was dancing like some obasam.hahaha.damn funny.i kept turning arnd to see her movement.then i will starting laughing.HAHAHA!then we do some trg and we start ply matches.at first was half court then full court.one of half court game the coach change the rule - cannot dribble the ball unless u're layg up.that was not bad uh.hav alot of laughter today which was gd.so i hope all trg wld be like this:D
