里面有两样是今天的早餐~ 猜猜是哪个？好啦~！不卖关子啦。 直接告诉大家!一个一个来介绍~首先登场的是，蒋蒋~！瓜子芝麻全麦面包（自取的=   =）这面包是我昨天考试完去BreadTalk买的之前都不知道BT有这好东西咧~因为它被摆在旁边，所以都没注意到。（其实是每次走进店里眼睛就直接盯住中间那区高脂又高咔的那些啦 >////////////<)卖相是不是就已近很吸引人了呀?!（其实也还好厚？）瓜子是谷类之一哦！对身体或减肥都是很好的食材：它含有身体所需的矿物质，多摄取对身体好捏！~^3^~ 接下来登场的是：及时冲鸡汤 很好喝哦！又底卡，里面还有惊喜嘞~看到那些圆圆的东西吗，很可爱对吧！其实不知道是什么，但是喝的时候会吃到一些，所以它不会显得那么单调。红红的是胡萝卜，还有一些葱。味道很够，喝起来很有满足感~！（谁说早餐只能吃清淡的？！）

这是我现在每天必吃的早餐哦！ 卖相不错吧？！ 不只卖相，味道也很不错！ 大家都以为全麦面包不是很好吃吧~（我原本也是这么认为） 的确如果单吃的话，可能会有点干很难咽下。 不过配上一些食材，味道就不同了！ 保证不输白面包哦！ 白面包吃久了会有点腻，但全麦就不会。（拿去烤炉烤一下跟好吃！） 热量也比白面包低。 除此之外，它含有B族维生素！ 对疲倦、腰酸背痛、食欲不振、脚气病及各种皮肤病均有一定的预防和食疗效果哦！ 但是！！ 这不是最重要的哦！我平常便便就不是很顺畅~ 而全麦面包对便秘有一定的作用哦！应为它含有丰富的粗纤维! 真的很有效耶！有便秘的朋友们可以试试！！ 这是今天和大家的不错的早餐哦！希望你们会喜欢~^ ^

明天將是海南這8年最冷的一天~！不過今天已經把我冷得半死~！呼~和zl出去走走，那風刮的我臉刺痛。手都僵了~~~我就呼口氣，還可以看到起，看有多冷！！ 話說回來，看電視知道了一個健康減肥秘訣，跟大家分享^^就是一天只吃兩餐。早餐和午餐一起吃（brunch),餐前半個小時喝2杯水，然後吃水果、蔬菜（生的），最後才吃熟的（不要吃百米、白麵、土豆)。 吃7分飽。晚餐也一樣。可以吃肉類，不會胖。不過如果配飯就一定胖！！吃6分飽。每天喝8杯水，不要喝飲料。不可以吃有糖分、澱粉、的食物。堅持1個月應該可以瘦10-20斤（5-10kg）還沒試過，不過大家可以試試。應該會有效^^ 長命的人吃得少。吃多的人短命。

Today is first day of open hse.hlped up with lsct.basically was slacking for the first 2 hr(who will want to go open hse so early ah?!)
